Resources on how manufactured housing can play a role in the development of affordable housing in native communities.

Welcome!

Here you’ll find a wide range of housing programs and services brought together in one collaborative website.

Your Journey Home is a targeted Indian Country initiative developed in collaboration with Rural LISC, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Minneapolis, Fannie Mae and the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation to bring together tribal entities, community-based organizations, philanthropy and government agencies to explore solutions-oriented approaches to affordable housing on reservations across the country.

We believe that the best drivers of positive change in a community happen from the inside out and that supply chains and businesses local to the area best serve the people who live there. Since 2018, this group of collaborative stakeholders has come together, in person and virtually, to discuss the need for and development of affordable housing in native communities and how manufactured housing can play a role.
